DUMBBELL STANDING LATERAL RAISE
Starting position
- Stand with arms straight and slightly unlocked at the elbow, positioned along your torso, and hold dumbbells in your hands.
- Keep your fingers pointing towards your torso with thumbs facing forward.
- Place your feet slightly apart and straighten your back.
Implementation
- While maintaining the correct starting position, inhale and raise the dumbbells to the side until your arms are parallel to the floor.
- Lower the dumbbells twice as slowly and exhale with each downward movement.
- Repeat the exercise a set number of times.
