DUMBBELL STANDING LATERAL RAISE

Starting position

  1. Stand with arms straight and slightly unlocked at the elbow, positioned along your torso, and hold dumbbells in your hands.
  2. Keep your fingers pointing towards your torso with thumbs facing forward.
  3. Place your feet slightly apart and straighten your back.

Implementation

  1. While maintaining the correct starting position, inhale and raise the dumbbells to the side until your arms are parallel to the floor.
  2. Lower the dumbbells twice as slowly and exhale with each downward movement.
  3. Repeat the exercise a set number of times.
