My name is Anna, and aside from being a professional fitness trainer, I am first and foremost a woman of extensive life experience who has been reborn through training and affirmations and is embarking on a new, meaningful life.
I will show you how to use strength training and positive affirmations to change yourself into a happy, self-confident person.
I understand that it isn’t always easy. Not everyone has the motivation or time to train regularly. When things pile up and land on your shoulders, you put self-care on the back burner.
Incorporating affirmations into my strength training has helped me tap into the strength that has always been buried inside me. Now I want to pass on this strength to you and assist you in discovering your own inner power through my training programmes and positive affirmations.
