Incline Dumbbell Bench Press

Starting position

  1. Lie down on a bench with an incline.
  2. Raise the dumbbells. Place your arms shoulder-width apart, perpendicular to the floor.
  3. Keep your shoulders tightened and fully lowered, pressed against the bench.
  4. Turn your wrists so that your thumbs are facing each other.


  1. Maintaining the correct starting position, slowly lower the dumbbells in the middle of the chest area and breathe in while lowering.
  2. Then press the dumbbells up while exhaling.
  3. Stop the movement for a fraction of a second at the highest point, then start lowering the dumbbells while inhaling.
  4. Perform the correct number of repetitions.
