Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
Starting position
- Lie down on a bench with an incline.
- Raise the dumbbells. Place your arms shoulder-width apart, perpendicular to the floor.
- Keep your shoulders tightened and fully lowered, pressed against the bench.
- Turn your wrists so that your thumbs are facing each other.
Implementation
- Maintaining the correct starting position, slowly lower the dumbbells in the middle of the chest area and breathe in while lowering.
- Then press the dumbbells up while exhaling.
- Stop the movement for a fraction of a second at the highest point, then start lowering the dumbbells while inhaling.
- Perform the correct number of repetitions.
