DUMBBELL REAR DELT FLY

Starting position

  1. Perform a torso drop while standing with your back straight.
  2. Keep feet slightly apart, knees slightly bent, arms loosely lowered and holding dumbbells and thumbs facing each other.

Implementation

  1. While maintaining the starting position, inhale and lift the dumbbells to the side in a smooth motion.
  2. Try not to bring your shoulder blades together during the movement.
  3. Pause briefly at the highest point.
  4. Then, with an exhalation, lower the dumbbells to the starting position in a calm and controlled movement.
  5. Repeat the exercise a set number of times.
