DUMBBELL REAR DELT FLY
Starting position
- Perform a torso drop while standing with your back straight.
- Keep feet slightly apart, knees slightly bent, arms loosely lowered and holding dumbbells and thumbs facing each other.
Implementation
- While maintaining the starting position, inhale and lift the dumbbells to the side in a smooth motion.
- Try not to bring your shoulder blades together during the movement.
- Pause briefly at the highest point.
- Then, with an exhalation, lower the dumbbells to the starting position in a calm and controlled movement.
- Repeat the exercise a set number of times.
