Dumbbell Bent Over Row
Starting position
- Assume a standing position with your feet set at hip width.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip.
Implementation
- Perform a forward bend until your torso is roughly parallel to the floor or slightly above.
- Start the movement by pointing your elbows behind your body while pulling your shoulder blades together.
- Draw the dumbbells towards your body until your elbows are at or just behind your midline.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position, while maintaining control.
- Repeat the exercise a set number of times.
